Meet Dr. Dino Pantages!
Affectionately known to his patients as “Dr. Dino” or “Dr. P,” Dr. Pantages is a board-certified pediatrician who has been caring for children and families in the North Pinellas area since 1982.
He graduated from the University of South Florida and earned his medical degree from the USF College of Medicine. He then completed his pediatric residency at Ohio State University Columbus Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
In 1992, Dr. Pantages and three fellow pediatricians founded Children’s Medical Center, helping establish a lasting commitment to pediatric care in the community. In 1997, he was voted the finest pediatrician in North Pinellas by Tampa Bay Magazine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Pantages has held numerous leadership positions in the medical community. He served as President of the Pinellas County Medical Association from 2016 to 2018 and currently serves on the Florida Medical Association’s Council of Medical Education, Science, and Public Health. Since 2022, he has also served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics and a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Mease Countryside Hospital.
Dr. Pantages remains dedicated to his patients and the medical community, with no immediate plans for retirement!
Outside of the office, Dr. Pantages and his wife, Cheryl, are active in their church and enjoy spending time with their family, including their eleven grandchildren. They also share their home with two English Cream Golden Retrievers, Lola and Ava!
