As a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home, we believe exceptional healthcare includes open communication, coordinated care, and ease of access. By partnering with JWB our doctors are trained to identify, diagnose, and treat low to moderate mental health conditions.
Behavioral Health
Funded by JWB's Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI), mental health services have been integrated into trusted pediatrician care. Working to provide brief therapy, parent support and education, group series, resources, and more.
Community Goals
Our Behavioral Health Care Coordinator provides families with tailored referrals. These referrals are individualized based on needs, insurance, area, and availability. Strengthening community partnerships enables us to build a collaborative warm referral network to meet local needs.
